Ham and Cheese Omelet with Carrots
A generous omelet filled with ham, Parmesan, and sautéed carrots. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely grate the carrot.
Step 2
Sauté the grated carrot in a pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces and add to the pan.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with a fork, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Heat oil in another pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 6
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the carrot-ham mixture and grated Parmesan.
Step 7
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
