Ham and Cheese Omelet with Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 100 g Carrots
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the carrots. Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, add carrots, ham, and Gruyère. Fold and serve.
