Ham and Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a hot pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the omelette starts to set, add the ham and cheese. Fold and serve.
