Ingredients
- 3 piece Egg
- 2 slice Ham
- 40 g Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper using a fork in a bowl.

Heat the pan with butter. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

When the omelette begins to set, add diced ham and grated cheese in the center.
