Ham, Spinach, and Cheese Omelet

- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 150 g Spinach
- 50 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with a whisk, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham, chop the spinach, and grate the cheese.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
Once the eggs begin to set, sprinkle with the ham, spinach, and cheese.
