Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 50 g Ham
- 100 g Spinach
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Butter
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Quickly sauté the spinach in a pan with a little butter. Add the diced ham.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt butter in the pan over medium-high heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, add the spinach, ham, and grated Parmesan in the center.
