Ham and Cauliflower Omelet
A protein-packed and savory omelet with ham and roasted cauliflower. Perfect for a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and dice the ham.
Step 2
Roast the cauliflower in a pan with olive oil for 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4
In another pan, melt the butter and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Add the ham and cooked cauliflower, fold the omelet in half, and serve.
