Ham, Cheddar, and Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 100 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham into small pieces, cut the carrots into thin sticks, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the vegetables with a little butter for 4 minutes, then add the ham.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
In another skillet with butter, pour the beaten eggs and let set for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the ham and vegetable mixture onto the omelette, sprinkle with Gruyère, fold, and serve.
