Ham and Mushroom Omelet
A classic and indulgent omelet filled with sautéed ham and mushrooms. Perfect for brunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 80 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet with 1 tbsp butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the ham, mix well, and set aside.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Melt 1 tbsp butter in the skillet and pour in the eggs.
Step 6
When the eggs start to set, add the filling and fold the omelet.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
