Ham and Carrot Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 150 g Carrots
- 30 g Butter
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into thin strips and sauté them in a pan with butter for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the ham and add it to the carrots.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the eggs over the carrots and ham, and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
