Italian Omelet with Gruyère and Tomato

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 150 g Fresh tomatoes
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 5 ml Olive oil
- 3 leaves Fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Beat the eggs for the omelet with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and Gruyère to one half of the omelet.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate, garnish with fresh basil.
