Gruyère and Celery Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Celery stalk
- 60 g Gruyère
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and finely dice the celery.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour the eggs into the skillet and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Sprinkle the celery and grated Gruyère over half of the omelet.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate. Serve hot.
