Stuffed Mushroom and Ham Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Ham
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and dice the ham.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet with 10g of butter for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Whisk the 4 eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Melt the remaining 10g of butter in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Pour in the beaten eggs. When the edges start to set, add mushrooms and ham in the center.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
