Cheese Omelet with Croutons

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 slice Bread
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread into small croutons and brown them in a skillet with a little butter, set aside.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the cheese and croutons.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
