Flour and Sugar Omelet (Omelet-Crepe)

Ingredients
- 80 g Flour
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and water in a bowl until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2
Crack the eggs and whisk them lightly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a hot skillet and pour in the batter.
Step 4
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip.
Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes on the other side and serve immediately.
