Spinach, Ham and Gruyère Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Spinach
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a pan, add the spinach and chopped ham, and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach and cook for 4 minutes without stirring.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated gruyère, fold the omelette in half, and serve.
