Omelet with Spinach, Ham and Gruyere

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 80 g Ham
- 50 g Gruyere
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the spinach and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the diced ham.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach-ham mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, add the grated Gruyere and fold in half. Serve immediately.
