Spinach and Gruyère Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 200 g Spinach
- 60 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wilt the spinach in a skillet with a little butter, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Distribute the spinach and grated Gruyère over half of the omelet.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
