Ingredients
- 150 g Broccoli
- 80 g Cheese
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook them in a pan with a bit of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the eggs over the broccoli in the pan. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the grated cheese, fold the omelette in half, and serve immediately.
