French-Style Avocado and Tomato Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 piece Avocados
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 50 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the avocado and dice the tomatoes. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet, pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Fill one half of the omelet with avocado slices, tomato dice, and Gruyère. Fold the omelet in half and serve.
