Omelet with Apples and Ham
An original and indulgent omelet combining sweet and savory flavors with caramelized apples, crispy ham and Gruyère.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Apples
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt 15 g of butter in a pan and caramelize the apples for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Add the ham and Gruyère.
Step 4
Melt the remaining butter in the pan and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium-low heat until starting to set. Add the caramelized apples in the center and fold the omelet.
