Apple and Gruyère Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Apples
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the apples into small cubes.
Step 2
Melt 10g of butter in a skillet and cook the apple cubes until lightly caramelized, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Melt 10g of butter in the skillet, pour in the eggs and cook for 3 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Fill one half of the omelette with the apples and grated Gruyère, fold in half and serve immediately.
