Omelette with Potatoes and Gruyère
A generous omelette filled with sautéed potatoes and melting Gruyère cheese. Simple and delicious for dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 300 g Potatoes
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 4 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat 15g of butter in a pan and cook the potatoes for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and half of the Gruyère.
Step 4
In another pan with 15g of butter, pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Add the cooked potatoes to the center of the omelette.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining Gruyère on top and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly set.
