Potato and Cheese Omelette
A hearty omelette filled with crispy potatoes and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for dinner in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potato
- 4 piece Egg
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry them in a skillet with butter until golden.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.
Step 3
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with Gruyère and fold the omelette in half.
