Potato and Cheese Omelet
A hearty omelet filled with sautéed potatoes and melted Gruyère. Quick and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 250 g Potato
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 25 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the potatoes in a pan with 10g of butter for 8 minutes until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat 15g of butter in the pan over medium heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
When the omelet starts to set, add the potatoes and Gruyère in the center.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
