Mediterranean-Style Omelet with Pasta

Ingredients
- 150 g Shell pasta
- 4 piece Eggs
- 60 g Black olives
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to boil and cook the pasta al dente (about 8-9 minutes).
Step 2
Drain the pasta and set aside.
Step 3
Beat the 4 eggs with salt and pepper using a whisk.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, let it set slightly (30 seconds).
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta and chopped olives, then gently mix.
Step 7
Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes while gently stirring until the eggs are fully set.
Step 8
Serve hot immediately.
