Omelette with Olives and Pasta
A hearty omelette loaded with small pasta shells, olives and cheese. Quick and satisfying for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 100 g Small pasta shells
- 80 g Olives
- 60 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the small pasta shells in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crack 4 eggs into a bowl and beat lightly.
Step 3
Pit the olives if necessary and cut them in half.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère.
Step 5
Heat the oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta, olives and Gruyère to the center of the omelette.
Step 8
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
