Omelette with Olives and Herbs
A protein-rich and light omelette topped with olives for extra flavor. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Olives
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 5 g Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a pan.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let cook for 1 minute without stirring.
Step 4
Using a spatula, gently push the cooked eggs toward the center of the pan, tilting to let the uncooked eggs run to the edges.
Step 5
When the eggs are almost cooked, add the olives and chopped parsley to one half of the omelette.
Step 6
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
