- 4 piece Eggs
- 60 g Olives
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the 4 eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 4
Sprinkle the chopped olives over half of the omelet.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
