- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Cooked lentils
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with a whisk, salt, and pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
Step 4
After 2 minutes, add the lentils to one half.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate.
