Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Cooked lentils
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 15 g Dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 4
Add the lentils to half of the omelet.
Step 5
Crumble the chocolate over the lentils.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate.
