Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Cooked lentils
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the lentils to one half of the omelette.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
