Red Berry and Honey Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Blueberries
- 100 g Strawberries
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- quelques gouttes Vanilla extract
- une pincée Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract, then whisk together.
Step 2
Rinse and hull the berries.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the berries to one half of the omelet. When cooked to your liking, fold the omelet in half, transfer to a plate, and drizzle with honey.
