Gruyère Flakes and Carrot Omelet
A fluffy omelet filled with shredded cheese and sautéed carrots. Perfect for breakfast or a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Gruyère flakes
- 100 g Carrots
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the carrots. Sauté them in a skillet with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
Let cook for 2 minutes, then add the sautéed carrots and Gruyère flakes in the center.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
