Spinach and Ham Omelette

Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Spinach
- 50 g Ham
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk vigorously with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture in and let it start to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spinach and chopped ham to one half of the omelette.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half when it's still slightly runny in the center and serve.
