Spinach and Gruyère Omelette

- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Spinach
- 40 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Step 4
Place the spinach and grated Gruyère on one half of the omelette.
