Spinach and Gruyère Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 pieces eggs
- 200 g spinach
- 60 g Gruyère
- 20 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the spinach and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat until the omelet is set but still slightly runny in the center. Fold and serve.
