Omelette with Spinach and Asparagus
A generous omelette filled with sautéed spinach and asparagus, simple and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 200 g Asparagus
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into pieces and wash the spinach.
Step 2
Melt 10g of butter in a skillet and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside on a plate.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet.
Step 5
Pour in the eggs, let cook for 1 minute. Add the vegetables in the center and fold the omelette.
