Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Carrot
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the carrot. Roughly chop the shrimp.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the carrot and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the beaten eggs, add the shrimp. Let cook for 4-5 minutes while folding the omelet in half.
Step 5
