Omelet with Pasta Shells and Ham
A protein-packed omelet filled with pre-cooked pasta shells and ham, perfect for a light lunch. Easy to make and very satisfying.

Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta shells
- 100 g Ham
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
Step 6
Let cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the pasta shells and ham to the center.
Step 7
Fold the omelet in half and serve hot.
