Mushroom and Ham Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 80 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and cut the ham into small dice.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet with a little butter for 3-4 minutes, then add the ham.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Add the remaining butter to the skillet, pour in the eggs, and cook for 3-4 minutes while gently stirring.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
