Mushroom and Ham Omelet
A fluffy omelet filled with sautéed mushrooms and ham. A light and tasty breakfast or dinner ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms thinly and cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt half the butter in the skillet. Sauté the mushrooms for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs, let cook for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and ham in the center, fold the omelet in half.
