Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the eggs over the vegetables and cook the omelette for 3-4 minutes until set.
