Omelette with Carrots and Golden Flour
A fluffy omelette filled with sautéed carrots, fragrant and satisfying. Perfect French comfort food for a Sunday lunch.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the carrot into sticks.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the carrots for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add water, salt and pepper. Whisk vigorously.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs over the hot carrots. Let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring until the edges begin to pull away.
Step 5
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately on plates.
