Omelet with Asparagus and Spinach
A simple and delicious omelet filled with sautéed asparagus and spinach. Ready in 15 minutes for an easy dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 200 g Asparagus
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into small pieces and clean the spinach.
Step 2
Melt 15g of butter in the pan and sauté the asparagus and spinach for 4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper using a whisk.
Step 4
Melt 15g of butter in the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Let cook for 3-4 minutes. When the omelet starts to set, add the sautéed vegetables in the center and fold.
Step 6
Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
