Ham and Parmesan Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 50 g Ham
- 30 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook for 3 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Add the ham and Parmesan to one half of the omelet, fold in half, and slide onto a plate.
