Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs, wait 30 seconds then stir gently. Add ham and Gruyère.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
