Gruyère and Ham Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 piece Egg
- 80 g Gruyère
- 100 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham into small cubes and grate the Gruyère. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and let them set slightly.
Step 3
Sprinkle the ham and Gruyère over one half of the omelet. Fold and serve immediately.
