Gruyère and Ham Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 60 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Step 5
Add the ham and Gruyère to one half, then fold the omelette in half.
