Gruyère and Ham Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Gruyère
- 60 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small cubes and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a hot skillet.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 30 seconds, then stir gently.
Step 5
When the omelette starts to set, add the ham and Gruyère to one half.
Step 6
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
